Healthy NATURAL ramen!
My FAVORITE food is RAMEN! I make it CONSTANTLY. I sometimes grab a couple bowls from my local asian market. But handmade noodles, or just whatever asian noodles you can find will do fine.
SIX ingredients this time:
ASIAN noodles
BONE IN chicken
squash
eggplant
FRESH lemon
Veggie stock (I know...homemade...but I like to cheat sometimes)
Get yourself a nice big pot, fill it with water, and turn the heat up to high
Rinse your chicken, and then drop it in the pot
Slice up your veggies, and set them aside
Place the amount of noodles you want per person into each individuals bowl
When your chicken is done boiling(I KNOW it sounds gross, but don't worry, we're NOT done yet), carefully pull it out, and remove the bones
DO NOT THROW THEM AWAY!
Place the bones BACK INTO THE WATER
Add the veggie stock (just one cube or a teaspoon will do)
Place the chicken into a pan on medium heat
After it starts to sizzle, add the veggies
ZEST the lemon into the pan(squeeze a little juice in if you like)
While the chicken and veggies continue to fry, ladle the stock over the noodles
Place the chicken and veggies on top of the noodles
Wait three minutes, and ENJOY!

Healthy, NO SAUCE spaghetti

You will need only 5 basic ingredients:
spaghetti (any kind is fine)
basil pesto (any brand)
mozzarella (any brand)
parmesan (any brand)
olive oil (type/brand doesn't matter)

Cover the bottom of any frying pan you have with olive oil
Place the eye in between medium and high heat

Once you hear that lovely simmer, turn it down to low heat, and add your cheeses
Once it has all melted, yet still moves around pretty easily, its done

Totally simple, and feel free to add calamata olives, or whatever spices you wish.

Perfect Pullup
I purchased the Perfect Pullup, since I don't like traditional pullup bars, and I found it at a fantastic price. It was created by a Navy Seal, and I must say that I LOVE it. I use it multiple times a day, and it is wonderful. The basic kit allows for three distinct types of "pullups." The traditional pullup, which is for those who want to push themselves; the standing row, which is fairly easy, and I think just a little beyond the purpose, or usefulness of this fantastic machine...; finally, my FAVORITE, the AUSTRALIAN PULLUP, not only does it work out EVERY single inch of your arms, it starts to pull on your AB muscles AS WELL! Its well worth any price you could ever pay for it, and since it kinda stares you down, and IS FUN, you'll use it often. I highly reccomend this product to anyone who's willing to turn a 20-30 dollar investment into daily satisfaction, and happiness with your improved strength and toning.

My name is Snow Jackson
I LOVE to write, sing, and record my own music.
My favorite bands are Chevelle, Evans Blue, RED, Fireflight, Dropping Daylight, Five Finger Death Punch, and Snow Patrol.
I have my own recording band, the Romance Novelists. I also have a performing band, called Faze4. We all love pretty much the same music.
But this blog isn't really about music. I just started a new phase in my life. I love to cook, and I'm starting to cook healthier. I will start adding my own recipes, and I'll include some submited from my fans. You'll begin to see videos of me making all the recipe's on here. I'm also gonna be writing reviews on health products, fitness equipment, and whether these products are worth your time and money, or if they're just a useless rendition of the same old thing.
